In 2018, JSC Ceļuprojekts had the opportunity to be involved in one of the most ambitious road construction projects, which for the first time applied the Public Private Partnership (PPP) model.
The Riga Central Station project is part of a larger railway project that will integrate the Baltic States into the European rail network. The project consists of design and construction of the station building, railway infrastructure, road infrastructure and their integration into the city of Riga.
The Southern Bridge Stage 4 project develops solutions for connecting Riga city with the Ķekava bypass. As part of the construction project, engineers have carried out geotechnical investigations, as well as developed solutions for the reconstruction of Ozolciema Street and 4 structures.
The project involves the construction of a new cable-stayed bridge over the Daugava in Jēkabpils. In addition to the new Daugava crossing, the project will reconstruct the city's infrastructure at the bridge approaches on both banks of the Daugava.
The Riga Northern Transport Corridor is the largest transport infrastructure project in Riga in recent decades. At the end of 2011, JSC "Ceļuprojekts" completed a sketch design of Stages 3 and 4.
The bridge is an architectural monument of local significance "Bridge over Riju brook", included in the territory of the architectural monument of national significance Skaistkalne Manor and is a part of it. The bridge was built in the end of 19th century – beginning of 20th century.
Within the framework of the project, a station "Bolderāja 2" with nine tracks of about 8.5 kilometers in length and a connecting track to Krievu sala terminals with ten meter high railway overpass over Daugavgrīva highway, SIA "Latvijas propāna gāze" access road, as well as a bridge over Beķera ditch were built.
The technical project of the 2nd stage of the Daugava South Bridge has been developed with the aim to create the South Bridge access road as a high-speed street and to create a multi-level interchange at the intersection of major arterial roads of Riga.
The structure of the overpass is an arc. The span of the reinforced concrete arch is 56 m and the span is 7.325 m (f/l = 1/7.645), which is considered to be a relatively slender structure for this type of structure.
The Liepāja Karosta Canal Bridge (Kalpaka Bridge) was built at the beginning of the last century - in 1906. The bridge itself was designed by German engineer Harald Hall.
The Saulkrasti bypass is one of the largest projects in Latvia's history. It’s a part of the Via Baltica (E67) motorway linking Warsaw and Tallinn.
A technical proposal for the construction of a steel bridge (to the North Pier) for the City Fort of Valletta (Malta) was developed in cooperation with the general contractor JSC Transport Systems.
The Vidzeme Highway near Melturi crosses the valley of Latvia's fastest river, the Amata. The previous bridge was built and in operation since 1953. This project was designed by “Sojuzdorprojekt” Belarus in Minsk.
The idea of building a road to cross the ravine was conceived in the 1950s and 1960s, when a small-radius (70-250 m) road with a very steep rise and fall (5-6%) profile was traced around a mill near Lorupe.
